Sierra Melcher is an award-winning, best-selling author, international speaker, and educator. She is the CEO of Red Thread Publishing, an independent nonfiction publishing house devoted to amplifying impactful voices.
Through Red Thread, Sierra has guided more than 350 authors from 28+ countries to write and publish meaningful nonfiction and has overseen the publication of 72 books to date. While the company centers and elevates women’s voices, it works with authors of all genders who are committed to thoughtful leadership, integrity, and social impact.
Sierra is the author of 18 books and holds a Master’s degree in Education. Her work focuses on writing as a tool for leadership, legacy, and cultural change, with an emphasis on community, collaboration, and sustainable creative practice.
Originally from the United States, Sierra lives in Medellín, Colombia, with her daughter.
